I was wondering how to increase the number of them during when the holiday is active as 47k per token is higher than other holiday currencies. It can be trouble some trying for food or books :P Maybe increase them in quests. Have a forum like other holidays and press a button that says cheers like dancing and kissing. It could be hosted by Saggitarius in Centropolis. Also could use the mechanism like dancing introduced this year and be able to cheers with other npcs. Or be able to blow party streamers at other users profiles for tokens with a timeout in-between of course :) Cheers could have a picture of two drinks going together 🍻 or sparkler 🎇

I think the problem is that it's just so short and in a time when people have holiday burnout. I've done the event maybe twice in 15 years.

As someone working on a gourmand pet I could definitely use more tokens but outside of that I usually get more than I need from questing. Vesnali is the difficult currency for me to acquire. I think what said is probably right. There are fewer on the site because the participation is so low. Except for those of us trying to collect everything from pre2010 most players probably get what they need from questing and quit without bothering to get more to sell.

and thank you for your responses. It is smaller since Survival is pretty close after. I don't know how you do it , because I've been saving for years and it feels like I haven't gotten much of anywhere doing all quests each year.-.

I always have excessive tokens every year, because I feel like there isn't enough in that shop, haha.

There's certainly a deficit when compared to other 'holiday' event currencies. It's been suggested that the frequency should be increased, but I don't believe any positive changes have been made.

NYT are always the currency i have literally none of. ;-; i agree with you completely that there has to be more opportunities to earn them during new years. Quests and the odd random event - especially with quests being reduced in number on kumos - just aren’t enough for those of us with multiple years to buy from.
